2Do you rewrite the whole app?+

No. I target the highest-risk areas first and leave solid parts alone. You’ll get a prioritized list so you can ship improvements incrementally.

3What do you need to start?+

Repo access, a short intake call, and any compliance constraints (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). I can work with GitHub, GitLab, or a zip snapshot.

4What if we want to pause after the audit?+

Totally fine. The audit deliverable is yours, findings, risks, and a fixed-price plan, whether or not we continue to the cleanup.
